WeForward: the right document at the moment interest peaks

WeForward brings three sustainability brands together on one platform. On Forest Forward and Give It Forward, every service page offers its own info document, and those documents now bring in most of the leads.

01 · The challenge

Three good brands, no visible whole

WeForward is an ecosystem of three brands that each make sustainability concrete: Forest Forward plants corporate and school forests, Story Forward tells the story behind sustainable initiatives, and Lagom organises impact-driven team experiences.

Each brand had its own website and its own positioning. Visitors couldn't see how the brands connected, or which one was relevant to them.

  • Three separate websites. Each brand had its own site and its own positioning.

  • No visible whole. Visitors couldn't see what WeForward stood for as an ecosystem.

  • No clear starting point. Prospects couldn't tell which brand was relevant to them.

One platform that positions the ecosystem, without any brand losing what makes it distinct.

02 · Our approach

Structure first, then a reason to act on every page

We started with the information hierarchy: which story is told at which level. WeForward carries the overarching narrative, and each brand builds on it from its own identity, with its own sub-site, content and navigation.

Then we looked at the moment a visitor gets interested. A company reading about a corporate forest isn't ready to book a meeting yet, but it is ready to take something with it. So every service page got its own info document, placed where interest peaks.

  1. Strategy

Information hierarchy: which story belongs to the ecosystem, the brand and the service.

  2. Design

One visual language with a distinct accent per brand, and a shared navigation layer.

  3. Build

One platform with a site per brand, which the team manages in one place.

  4. Live

Forest Forward and Give It Forward on the platform, every service page with its own info document.

03 · Key decisions

Three decisions that shaped the results

One platform, a sub-site per brand

WeForward tells the overarching story, while each brand keeps its own audience, voice and navigation.

A document per service, not one lead magnet

Schoolbos, Bedrijfsbos, Boscompensatie and Impact Events each get their own info document, so the offer matches the exact reason someone landed on the page.

A small step before a big one

Visitors trade an email address for a document before anyone asks them for a call. Interest becomes a lead while it is still fresh.

04 · What we built

One ecosystem, built to bring in leads

One website where the three brands come together under the WeForward story, with a shared look and a distinct accent per brand.

On Forest Forward and Give It Forward, every service page ends in its own download: "Download het infodocument". The team manages every brand in one place, so new services and documents go live without waiting on us.

05 · The results

Documents bring in most of the leads

In the last 90 days, Forest Forward brought in 73 leads and Give It Forward 74. That means 3.3% and 4.2% of visitors become a lead, strong for a B2B sustainability offer.

Most of those leads start with a document: 64% on Forest Forward and 73% on Give It Forward. On Give It Forward, document downloads outnumber every other kind of enquiry combined by more than five to one.

The pattern is clearest where the need is most specific. Boscompensatie, a page about the legal obligation for companies in Flanders to replant after deforestation, turns 15.9% of its visitors into leads, more than four times the rest of the site. Someone with a legal deadline acts on a document straight away.

06 · In their words

“It was a perfect collaboration, I couldn't put it any other way.”

WeForward worked with Leon and his team to develop their new website. More than that: it led to an ongoing partnership with our communications agency Story Forward. If I had to summarize it in a few words: proactive, solution-oriented, efficient, fast, and thorough. Top work, Leon!

07 · What’s next

From launch to Growth

Since October 2026, WeForward is on Growth for forestforward.be. The next step is the same mechanism on more pages: Impact Events draws 90% of Give It Forward's visitors, so every other service page is room to grow.
