Orbit: from a blank page to 123 pages in five days

Orbit is our own platform: the website growth platform for agencies. Its website had to explain a broad product, stand out next to the tools agencies already know, and be complete on launch day. We went from the first plan to a live site of 123 pages in five days.

01 · The challenge

A platform ready to launch, a website that didn't exist yet

Orbit had a working app and a launch date. goorbit.io was a coming-soon page.

The site had to do three jobs from day one: explain a product with a feature for every step of growing a website, bring agencies in through search, and turn them into demo calls.

  • A broad product. Measuring, finding, doing and proving, with a page needed for every feature.

  • A crowded category. Agencies weigh Orbit against Semrush, Ahrefs, AgencyAnalytics and newer AI tools before they book a call.

  • One launch window. The site had to be complete on launch day, not a homepage with more to come.

Explain our offer and all features clearly, while using the site as an inbound engine as well.

02 · Our approach

Strategy first, then few designs for many pages

Day one produced a detailed plan before anything was designed: who Orbit is for, what agencies search for, how Orbit stands apart, and a role for every page. It set the rules the build followed. Two actions only, book a demo or scan a site. Every page draws visitors in, convinces them or turns them into a call. A page that isn't in the footer doesn't ship.

Then few designs for many pages. Sixteen page designs, each with a clear purpose, built from one shared set of building blocks. That is how five days reach 123 pages without a single page that feels like filler.

  1. Strategy

    Day 1

Positioning, audience, what agencies search for, and a plan for every page. That evening, the brand made ready for the web.

  2. Design

    Day 2

The homepage design and 16 page designs, with every page planned out.

  3. Build

    Days 3 and 4

Every page written and built, then checked one by one, on desktop and on phones.

  4. Launch

    Day 5

A final review of the whole site, and live.

03 · Key decisions

Three decisions that made the pace possible

Few designs, many pages

Sixteen page designs instead of 123. Every new page fits an existing design, so Orbit keeps adding pages without starting from scratch.

Meet buyers where they compare

52 pages comparing Orbit with the tools agencies already use, with every price linked to its source. Agencies weigh their options anyway; now they do it on Orbit's site.

Quality on every page, not just the homepage

Every page was written to be found, ready to be shared, and checked on phones before launch. Nothing was left as a placeholder for later.

04 · What we built

123 pages, one clear story

A page for every feature, for every type of agency and for every tool Orbit connects to, plus pricing in the visitor's own currency, demo booking and a free site scan.

The product is shown, not described: visuals made from the real app with example data, and a clickable version of the app right on the homepage, so agencies can explore Orbit before they ever book a call.

05 · The results

Complete on launch day

goorbit.io went live on 8 October 2026 with 123 pages, five days after the first plan.

The pace didn't cost quality. The site is fast, works on every screen, and is built to be found by search engines and AI assistants alike, so agencies looking for a tool like Orbit come across it. Nothing was saved for a second phase.

The site is too new for lead numbers. It measures itself with Orbit, so those numbers will follow.

06 · What’s next

From launch to lead numbers

goorbit.io now runs on Orbit itself: the site measures its own visitors, searches and leads. Once there is a full quarter of data, this case gets the results to go with the build.

The last website you will ever need.
