WeForward brings together three brands that each make sustainability concrete in their own way. But digitally, that connection was nowhere to be seen. Visitors had no framework to understand how the brands related or what WeForward stood for as a whole.

Each brand had its own website and positioning. Their connection was digitally invisible. Visitors couldn't understand what WeForward stood for as a whole, or which brand was relevant to them.
The challenge: one platform that positions the ecosystem clearly, without each brand losing what makes it distinct.
The core question was structural: how do you give three brands with their own audiences and voices one digital home, without it feeling like a forced merger?
We started by mapping the information hierarchy and determining which story needed to be told at which level. The answer: WeForward carries the overarching narrative, and each brand builds on that from its own identity.
That led to a clear architecture:
A single React & NextJS website where all three brands come together under the WeForward story.
WeForward now has one digital platform that positions the ecosystem as a whole. Prospects understand within one session how the three brands connect and what they achieve together.
