Byve works with growing brands that use video as a strategic growth tool. A sharp agency with a clear approach and an expanding client base. But their website had become outdated, difficult to manage, and no longer reflected who Byve was or what they were capable of.
Updating content took unnecessary effort. The structure no longer made sense. And for new prospects, the site wasn't making a strong first impression.
The goal: build a fully new website that positions Byve the way they want to be seen, and that they can manage independently without outside help.

The starting point was understanding who Byve actually needs to reach. Because Byve doesn't have one audience, they have three: brands looking for video marketing services, potential employees considering Byve as an employer, and people interested in following their content through a newsletter.
Each audience requires its own flow, its own message, and its own conversion goal. We mapped out the user flows per audience and built the site around that foundation.
